TERMS & CONDITIONS – 
Wellers Hill State School Parents & Citizens Association (WHSS P&C) Amateur Swim Club subcommittee standard terms and conditions apply upon enrolment.
 

Registrations 
Please note that all school aged children or younger must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Children registrations are made via flexischool. All other enquiries can be emailed to wellersratzswimclub@wellershillpandc.com.au

If you are intending to use a play on voucher, please forward the voucher via email to be applied to your account you must also completed Flexischool enrolments.  
 

Behaviour
For the welfare of everyone attending our pool, rude or disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted.
• If a child displays rude or disrespectful behaviour, they may be asked to sit out from the race 
• Any adult who displays rude or disrespectful behaviour may be asked to leave the premises immediately and take responsibility for children in their care.
• WHSS P&C reserves the right to refuse entry or to cancel enrollment.
 

Health & Safety
Health & Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
• Swimmers are not to enter the water before the referee instructs them to do so.
• Please follow all health and safety rules as advised by the club committee and referee.  
• Parents/carers are responsible for their children before and after swim club, as well as any child/children in your care. 
• Swimmers are not to run around the pool.
• Swimming caps and goggles are to be worn in the pool.

General
It is recommended that children and adults do not bring any valuable items into the pool area.
• WHSS P&C does not accept any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
